      Pros

      Flexible working environment, company benefit is medium compared to region/zone. The management takes care of employees well.

      Cons

      No actual career path for every individuals. People if don't join in the customer projects will be re-assigned to in-house projects (very poor technologies and motivation). Very less bonus salary since Dec 2023.

      Pros

      CodeHQ/Augen is very inclusive, friendly and supportive. As an outsourced services company there is a lot of variety. Devs are challenged to gain new skills and autonomy and confidence with customers. Pay is competitive and working hours and location is very flexible.

      Cons

      For people who like a lot of management, it's probably not for you as the management structure at CodeHQ/Augen is lean and people are encouraged to be quite independent. This is a positive for many people.
