      Good students and friendly coworkers.

      Cons

      I was not given instructions sometimes, and I was expected to be a self-starter, doing work without being explicitly told what to do. I feel that this is a cultural difference.

      This was honestly the worse job I've had in my entire career. The benefits are horrible. The owners are more concerned about taking money out of the company than paying their employees. I was lied to several times regarding benefits and paid time off. There is a lot of nepotism at the company as well. The CEO has/had several family members working at the company who are overpaid and underqualified.
