      Software is years behind

      Pros

      It used to be the People but now they are all out for themselves

      Cons

      Wrong people leading the business Software is so far behind in technology and the development team just reel of lies. The sales team don’t even know the product and baffle prospects with concepts of an eco system which is non existent.

      Thanks for your review, as we change to meet the industry need there will be some who don't want to change. Some of your advice is good but we will not get new product owners - Our product owners are positive, approachable, engaged people who are dealing with a complex changing environment and we will defend, grow and support them!!!

      Only acquisition focused, don't know how to build acquired companies.

      Pros

      Slow working pace, would have a lot of time for yourself provided you are under a manager who does not give you anxiety.

      Cons

      Acquiring a company is something that they do, but have zero clue on how to build or merge an acquired company. They Take quite a few mental health sessions but rarely practice it. I myself suffered from anxiety every Monday. Favouritism is rampant. Under performers doing flashy work are rewarded than ones who do actual work. Most of the people who built the acquired companies have left and people who know nothing about SaaS or apparel industry are leading the business now. Their existing softwares are pretty outdated using Decade old technology. The talk about an Eco system of softwares but the softwares are not integrated with each other.
