      You will have - Personal coach - Learning budget - Growth mindset team ... more I like most is the REMOTE work. I really enjoy this way of working

      Great Company for Remote Workers

      Pros

      Exceptionally positive and thorough onboarding experience, even when joining remotely. It really makes you feel very quickly like part of the company.

      Cons

      This wasn't really a con for me but the main office is in Berlin so if you did want to work in an office environment you would need to relocate to Berlin.
