Pros
- I was a student interning at ClusterDev. I can say that my work never got in the way of my academics. I was able to avail leaves during exam times and also was able to be freed from work when my college got tedious. - Overall really good work culture. - Learned a lot from my mentor.
Cons
Can't really point out any cons. It was a really good experience.

- No boss culture - Ability to move laterally between teams and projects - Amazing team - Good environment to learn and experiment with ideas - A transparent management that values team members
Cons
It's hard to pick out a con for cluster dev it is a growing startup. So there is a lot to do and with that comes complexity to implement a solution to scale and as an engineer on the team you might have to fix a lot of dumpster fires.
