Do not promise the employees when you have no intentions of delivering!
Pros
The only good thing and CK has been extremely lucky in this aspect – Lakshmi Devi, from the HR dept. She has been doing more than what her job is required of her! The day she decides to quit, it’s all downhill for CK!
Cons
1. Some of the ‘Managers’ are downright incivil, have a complete lack of empathy and are abusive! They operate from a space of instilling fear and torturously micro manage! They have gone on their own way, in spite of escalations! CK has to be walk the talk and be firm on their principles of ‘tolerance’. 2. Do not promise the employees when you have no intentions of delivering! Offering packages that sound perfect on-paper and not adhering to it later is shameful! 3. Sack managers who are jealous of their own reportees’ salary. Not being transparent your team and avoiding 1:1 meetings is not a quality deserving of a ‘Manager’!
