Pros

Some nice people work there, not for long though They have a network and have built a brand, but not with people who know better

Cult-like culture Driven towards winning awards No work-life balance If you don't get drunk/drink on a friday afternoon you're going to be looked at like an outsider, This is driven by the owners. Forget if you have to drive home for 30-60 mins and may get pulled over. They hire people they feel they can manipulate Tom thinks that content is the only thing that matters. So technical work, strategy, media - all just useless details. BTW - he was an editor, not a marketer. Projects get booked in, paid for, and nobody gets briefed If you work with leadership they WILL throw you under the bus, particularly tom. Tom just wants to be the front man of a band, his band failed despite his auto-tune, so ow he's doing this. Leaders are open about their issues with each other. Envelopes when going for coffee with clients
