Pros
Clictime is a great business in terms of the brand being fun and exciting. The office is a nice environment but you will be encouraged not to talk too much. You get a two hour early finish on a Friday and a relaxed dress code. It is a good place to begin your working career and be able to say you’ve worked with global brands and licenses.
Cons
If you’re looking for a role with benefits this isn’t it. You will be expected to work late, travel, work outside your contracted hours with no overtime pay, time in lieu or even a thank you. You will be left with 17 days holiday to use yourself as the company makes you use 3 days for when they decide to close over Christmas. Hopefully you don’t get sick as you will get your days wage deducted and the option to work from home will be laughed at. Staff are barely paid more than minimum wage but are regularly told to work harder without a single employee benefit other than the odd coffee.
