Thanks for your feedback. We are always striving to improve our product as well as stay ahead of industry and market changes. We have been working on reducing any remaining silos and improving communication between teams. The complex problems that we solve require multi-disciplinary thinking and collaboration across departments, so you're absolutely correct - cohesiveness between teams is very important to us. Our leaders have been working hard to address this. For example, late last year, we held focus groups with employee representation from every department to redefine our company core values. It was important for us to document our company values and involve employees in this process because these values represent the essence of our company, how we do things, and why we do what we do. Since 2014 we've developed a strong social committee, continue to work with our team to develop and improve processes - an area that is always a challange for a startup type environment - and now have a designated HR on our team.
