The management pretends to listen to the employees but in the end, they don't take their opinion into account, There is a pressure to work very fast on a lot of things at a time, overall understaffed, Many people work long hours, much more than they are paid for, The money is not great, There is a lot of processes, many of them do not make much sense, The management keeps saying how great the company is, how lucky everyone is to be part of this
