Pros

-Good benefits -Fully Remote -Potentially good pay -Decent reputation in SAAS -Honestly not a 5th

Cons

-Original leaders who drove company to success have all left, negatively impacting direction of the company -Sales leaders having no idea how to manage BDRs + SDRs resulting in poor performance, poor goals, poor oversight, generally disengaged workers who are all looking to quit and go elsewhere -Inconsistent quota goals that don’t become apparent until 1/2 way thru the quarter, often with goals way off base where *nobody hits goal* completely ruining the concept of OTE -Sales director who refuses to take accountability on empty promises, lack of transparency, general mismanagement -Increasing environment of micro-managing because sales is unable to perform so are trying to formulate metrics to understand poor performance -Trying to force their way into a market (enterprise) that they have no business being in, resulting in terrible performance -AEs acting poorly to BDRs creating hostile and tension-filled work environment -regular occurrence that BDRs cry on zoom calls with colleagues because of how stressed they are (not kidding)

Pros

Remote work and decent pay.

Cons

Leadership is clueless on direction of company. Often times team members have more power and sway than team leaders do simply based on time at company. Be ready to not have t support and minimal training. Expect to keep a close eye on all accounts as stealing accounts is extremely common.
