      Pros

      Constant need for guards. Positions all over the city. Supervisors are almost always available. Low intensity work.

      Cons

      Low pay. Sometimes errors in pay amount. Long hours at most sites. Scheduling constantly a problem. Managers ask for favors and are reluctant to return.

      Plenty of work available because of high turnover.

      Cons

      On your feet for 12 hours a day. Below average pay compared to other companies. There are plenty of better opportunities out there (work environment and pay).
