      Good product, growing industry, lot's of opportunity

      Super political company, backstabbing as a managerial practice, narcissistic personalities sparkled throughout the leadership teams to keep things interesting.

      Pros

      Most of the the co-workers are sincere and genuine. Claroty were the leader for some time, most of the competition has now caught up and are starting to pass Claroty in certain areas. Sales and Marketing is pretty mature and the Channel side of things improving with some of the new hires.

      Cons

      Sadly the comments by one of the Sales Engineer are in fact 100% true, Claroty always tries to bury the truth and bad news. The sales atttrition rate in Europe is terrible and if you dare to challenge any of the C Level or Middle Management, you will come across true nepotism at it's worse.

      Pros

      products are some of best in the industry immediate work colleagues are great to work with enjoy work with customers who need our product and help salary package ok but not as good as some competitor

      Cons

      certain c level executives and middle management will talk down to you as though you know nothing like you are beneath them product reliability is down and support cases are increasing specifics management and c level treat employee like they are idiots
