Pros
Our broker is very reasonable and understands the importance of having a work/life balance. Loves to have team lunches/happy hours. Everyone wants to see you succeed and will try their best in helping you get where you need to be.
Cons
Getting the team to focus on tasks due to lack of time. You have to be flexible throughout the day as priorities for tasks would get shifted due to other tasks coming in last minute that are more important.
