- Expect to work long hours but extremely low and worthless overtime compensation
(used to be better but they cut budget since last year)
- Less annual leaves (12 days for new joiner) and just recognize certain public
holidays(max 12 days in a year).
- Treat employees like primary school kids (e.g. penalty for employees who late to
work even though he/she work until very late to compensate back the time, strict
and fixed lunch hour(cant earlier than 1pm and later than 2pm)).
- Unprofessional way of hiring talent caused waste of time for both parties as hiring
manager will only start to measure the capabilities and suitability of the candidates
during his/her notice period (eliminate employees with less than 24 hours notice
period during probation period if they feel him/her not suitable).
- Salary increment percentage based on who is the one most favored by the manager
instead of capabilities and task deliveries of each team members.
