There was a great culture at WANdisco, very welcoming and friendly. There was also a 4 day work week which was incredible.
Cons
The company is collapsing due to massive fraud by one of the sales guys and massive failure of oversight by everyone else in sales and the entire executive of the company. Furthermore I allowed myself to be massively underpaid, I thought I was on a decent salary but after leaving I found out I was apid less than a newly hired graduate.
