Regarding your feedback on transparency, it is always a goal within executive leadership to filter communications back down to our teams. It is not always perfect, but we try hard at it, and we are committed to it. For example, we host regular Ask-Me-Anything sessions to allow employees at all levels to communicate with our C-levels directly and ask questions. At all our local offices, we also have regular catch-ups with all staff to ensure all the exciting news within the company is well communicated. We also encourage everyone to speak up anytime when support is needed. We care about the well-being of our team members and would like to learn more about your experience. We fully trust all our team members and do not track their work schedules. Regarding management style, we take a situational approach, to accommodate the needs and abilities of our team. Of course, there may be team members who require more guidance and support from management in order to reach their potential. This is a part of employee development and empowers team members to tackle tasks independently. We also encourage continuous learning and offer our full support for development courses. We strive to fill managerial positions internally, but we do advertise externally as well, in order to find the best fit. Team members are also welcomed to apply for internal transfers to different departments when vacancies become available. All colleagues are welcome to actively steer their career development. When suitable opportunities arise, we provide our support with online resources and subsidies for offline training courses. we currently offer a 12-month salary and are actively seeking to enhance the benefits package.
