      Company is great. Benefits are fantastic. Coworkers are super nice. Really makes you feel like they care about you as an employee.

      I love that they are tackling really transformative tech for the life science industry. The team is small so lots of opportunity for challenging assignments and extra responsibility - this is the time to join if you like to build.

      Cons

      Still getting processes in place so can be frustrating when signals can get crossed. Decisions could happen faster.
