Well where to start..... Started working here when I was 16 pt was brilliant double pay on bank holidays & overtime etc eventually went to ft still a good place to work then over the last 5years they have spiralled into a heavily flawed company only offering lieu time, they depend on staff to train staff, management on all levels hold personal grudges (all bar one area manager & one relief manager who share the same first name) lack any form of professionalism from HR to the CEO all the way down to the store managers. Forced to go on the Christmas meal in our own time, which was £20 (we had to put rest) or face disciplinary action, asbestos in the walls of the building not of any concern to company....in a nutshell the only part that made it worth working for was my coworkers, I got insulted by a manager when I handed in my notice, no cover letter with my p45 detailing my final wage, references, or thanks for the last 12yrs.....

Poor management who are very unprofessional and egoistic who think employee are beneath them. They are also very lazy and will male other people do their work while they chat and gossip in the warehouse. There is clear favoritism with lazy people being promoted to higher positions such as supervisor. Also there is bullying from management such as name calling and saying stuff about people's apperance (basically like going back to primary school as they are very child like and does not have the mindset of an mature hum being). Don't bother complaining to head office or HR as they will be no help and will take the managements side.
