The CEO no longer being there.

Cons

Revolving door of people getting fired for ridiculous reasons and creating a culture of fear amongst staff. Very junior staff given senior titles leaving clients upset at the lack of quality in the deliverables. The list could go on. There are many, many former staff members who could attest to the horrible and toxic culture of this workplace. Absolutely shocking that they are still in business and haven’t been sued into oblivion.
