Pros

The core product is excellent. The academic team brings a lot to the table in order to provide the best quality in content, and promptly responding to member's needs. The team in charge of content and marketing are also very helpful and work hard for the members of the company.

Cons

The management is absolutely atrocious. The contracts and pay are seemingly made up on the spot, the bonus system is unsuitable and ridiculous, and rules and regulations change daily. The "managers" have no idea how to respond to employee needs and create nothing but busy work in the form of projects that never come to fruition or are forgotten about. The office environment is hostile and extremely frightening at times. This company is under the umbrella of a company named Bigfoot, so also do research on them and form your own conclusions. There are a lot of secrets where one team member has no idea what another team member is doing, simply because they are 'not allowed' to communicate directly to one another. This was hands-down the worst working environment I have ever experienced.

Pros

- You laugh a lot watching Management struggling with a business they absolutely don't understand and a team a lot more qualified than themselves. - You can gather enough content to write The Bible of Common Leadership & Management Mistakes.

Cons

There are too many to list them all but the main ones are: - Management is completely unqualified to run such a company. - Most of employees are totally unmotivated due to the Management. - Communication with other team members is forbidden without approval of Management. - Management makes decisions against the advice of the qualified and experienced team members. - Management keeps all reward and financial benefits for himself. - Impossible to create anything or lead any project correctly due to micro-management from incompetent Management.
