      Salary is higher than most SSO, very good/high bonus payouts considering that this is a non profit

      Toxic Work Environment: The workplace culture is built on fear and manipulation rather than support and collaboration. Employees are often made to second-guess themselves due to gaslighting tactics by management. Poor Leadership: Instead of addressing concerns, management dismisses them or shifts blame onto employees. There is little to no accountability at the leadership level. No Growth Opportunities: Promotions and career development are based more on favoritism than merit.
