      Pros

      Good working environment (100%Chinese) Great office location right in Barcelona center Everyday lunch tickets/vouchers included 2 hours lunch-break

      Cons

      Really low initial salary. Overall salary does not match the amount of work and extra hours. For an international company with such an amount of overseas clients, employees really should work on their Spanish and English skills.
