Pros

Overtime is not a must and you can leave early. Although, breaks are not a priority since the bank has a cut off. There are times when you need to skip meals to accomplish your work.

Cons

I was a fresh grad when I entered this firm. They didn't have formal training for the marketing assistant position and made us work on the spot. I had several mistakes since there was no formal training. Yet, my superior was hard on me and humiliated me every single day. On the other hand, the head of our team was instructing me who to be friends with and who to avoid. It was quite childish for them to control the people I should be friends with. Instead of making me feel welcomed in the team, the culture at that company was fostered by backstabbing, hate and crab mentality. As for the compensation, it was not competitive compared to other banks. You can even be hired as a restaurant crew with a higher salary. It was that low. They expect their employees to be the best among the rest but they don't provide training nor proper salary to their staff. No wonder turnover is high in that company.

Pros

Benefits and training, and besides that good head office holidays off

Cons

Low salary, work place bullying, gossipping employees, and very toxic work environment. There are also a lot of after employment demands after you leave which makes it worse. Aside from lack of allowances. Even if it's been years since you left. The mistake of their HR despite we have our biometrics and they are the one who compute on our salary and sending us letter because of unauthorized attendance asking me to return what I took from my payroll or our salary. For a small salary they demand a lot even for a former employer.
