      Having a team of both staff and volunteers at the crisis line who work collaboratively towards showing up for the community in a meaningful way with the goal of caller empowerment at the heart of what we do, is truly such a fulfilling career to be a part of!

      Change is difficult for any organization; however, to look at things from a growth perspective, change is inevitable and we can learn valuable lessons from it.
