No management at all. You will be switched from any task(project) to any other task anytime and you have to do it. They won't even give you the time to atleast get the KT properly. Be ready to do the tasks which you don't even have expertise on and you won't be given time to learn that new thing. you are supposed to do the task in least time possible. if the task has to be done in 8 hours then you have to do it in 2. how much more should i write because if i start to write it will take a full day.
