Pros
Working alongside a creative team and scope of some of the projects is interesting.
Cons
This was probably one of the most toxic environments I have ever worked at. I would highly advise anyone thinking of a job here, to reach out to former employees to gain perspective. The cons are underpaid, overworked, lack of training and support. Be prepared to dedicate many hours to this job with no one even taking the time to notice or show ways of support.

Pros
Lots of overtime (if wanted to add money around the holidays) and there was fairly good communication about expectations most of the time. If you don't want to put in lots of extra time, not for you!
Cons
Some people in management positions expected seasonal to be willing to drop everything to solve emergencies caused by those in management positions not planning well enough. In my case, our direct manager stood up for our ability to choose to assist last minute, but that manager is no longer there, so I doubt that is still the case.
