      Pros

      None. This company was led by the blind. The Co-Founders now turned VCs could not manage their way out of a paper bag. Selling to Hello Fresh was the only plausible exit.

      Cons

      There were some great people who are experts in their fields but all for naught because the company was rudderless and led by two amateurs with no real experience.

      Really enjoyed the energetic and high growth atmosphere at the company. There were a lot of great ideas that were implemented into actions which created a better customer experience.

      Cons

      Challenging work environment if you aren't comfortable working in cold spaces.
