      Pros

      What I noticed at Channel Focus different from other jobs I have had is you earn the income you want. You control your career - No need to hope a supervisor or manager will give you a great performance grade to advance. Your destiny is in your hands. My colleagues actually care and you can reach out to get the help you need to improve.

      Cons

      The only con is I had to wake early to make meetings (not a morning person at all) but you want it, you adapt

      Pros

      This office has taught me a lot about the ins and outs of running a business. Their systemic approach to training managers is so helpful when it comes to personal growth and growing within the company. I came in just to honestly have a job because I needed one but since being here I’ve already been promoted once and am on track to another promotion by the end of the year. Great great opportunity.

      Cons

      The hours can be long but if you’re willing to do it the long term benefits are so worth it.
