      Pros

      - Lots of good secondary benefits - Colleagues are very friendly - Great place to grow - You feel valued and managers go to great lengths to give you the best job experience.

      Cons

      In my opinion, all the cons written by others have been resolved in the last year(s). The office spaces are sometimes a bit crowded and noisy, but soon the office will have more rooms and more desks.

      Pros

      - Personal attention to the individual's needs and wishes - Stimulation of personal development and upwards mobility within the company - Unique atmosphere amongst the employees which allows for a pleasant work environment - The organization shows personal interest in you as an employee giving a feeling of belonging in the company.

      Cons

      I can not think of a single downside.
