      Pros

      Crypto industry is a great industry to work for depending on the company.

      Cons

      Chainlinks burn out their employees with the hopes to surpass their competitors. They are TOO worried about what the next company is doing. The people here work endlessly and the pay is OK. The positive reviews you see here are written by our HR or recruiters

      Pros

      A refreshingly straightforward place to work, everyone owns and drives big projects forward. Zero politics. Important work. A huge level of conviction in the team about what we're working on. A team full of blockchain maximalists, I feel at home here.

      Cons

      Hard work, but you know what you're signing up for - we're in hyper growth so it's all hands on deck. Some may not like the 24/7 nature of the work, but we're all in sync and running at big goals, so it works for those that get it.

      Pros

      Salary - even though they pressured us to take some of it or reinvest it in LINK. HR Dept. leaders - true professionals that are very kind and take quick action when given even small feedback.

      Cons

      -CEO/C-suite and VP were very inexperienced, childish/ignorant, and used slurs regularly on calls. -Head of Departments were not well vetted in the 7 interview process. They struggled to show BASIC department vocabulary, skills and knowledge of an area they led causing micromanagement, constant hiring of additional contractors, and wild turnover. -PTO not respected, even when communicated clearly and any items properly transitioned before PTO -Company vision is a frat house and zero professional behavior and company culture. Any steps toward a polished brand and class were denied.
