1) Lack of communication from the CEO. At the beginning of covid and throughout, there has been a lack of care towards its employees and their safety. Are we following state laws, are we not? There was one message sent to employees to cover the past 1-1.5 years. We rarely hear from him. He comes out maybe 1-2X a year to talk about strategy and then goes back into hiding. Overall, not personable or available. 2) Change happens very slowly. Top leadership has worked at Centric for many years, and there's a lack of new voices. Anything novel must pass through many layers of red tape, and most initiatives die along the way.

Co-workers can be complete snobs. Absolutly no struture in place to be successful. Upper management returns calls and Emails when it convenent to them. What you sign up for is different then waht you end up doing. Cramped working space. Just a BAD enviorment.
