      Pros

      Organization with great mission. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Unable to gain considerable market penetration because of poor business models. Minions who ingratiate themselves get preferential treatment and regardless of qualifications and abilities, creating an environment and culture of unqualified, incompetent employees. Sad. Organization could flourish with the right people in the right positions.

      Amazing group of mission-driven people who work together collaboratively to positively impact K-12 education. Job changes every day—work is cutting edge and innovative. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Small company, so everyone wears multiple hats. Sometimes one can feel pulled in multiple directions simultaneously. Great for someone like me who likes variability in job tasks, but can be stressful for someone who prefers predictable tasks.

      Mission Driven Hard Working Company!

      Pros

      You won't find a more dedicated team that lives and breathes the mission statement. CenterPoint is a small company that stays very busy with interesting projects. I'm never bored and I get to use my skills and experience to make a difference. The pay is great, the benefits are some of the best, and I love that they embrace remote-based staff.

      Cons

      As a small company, we all wear a lot of hats and that can mean some long hours to meet pressing deadlines, but this seems to be the case in a lot of companies I have worked for. Thankfully the organization understands that we work hard and rewards us with a generous time off package. Most importantly, the leadership sets an example by taking their vacation and expecting the staff to do the same.
