      Lovely people trying their hardest, free drinks.

      Cons

      General mismanagement, poor communication, favoritism for some staff, poor performance management of those in senior positions, unrealistic, long hours with little thanks

      Not much I can say really decentish salary for what it is and good teamates

      Cons

      Lots of job adverts popping up not because the company is expanding but because of need to backfill. So many staff leaving out of sheer unhappiness like long days mismanagement from the top and no recognition unless you're mates with the bosses. Don't believe the hype it's just best to avoid.

      Best colleagues. Little bit flexible.

      Cons

      Badly managed organisation getting worse. Hierarchical. Staff at bottom left to do all the work. Overworked, undervalued. Need resource rather than a gift box.
