      None (which is why I am surprised there aren't already reviews of this company by other former employees).

      Cons

      - Literally a "Mom & Pop" Shop (CEO - Husband, CFO - Wife) - Small fish in a big pond - Antiquated (Employee Scheduling and Time & Attendance) system well behind their competition - Over 50 % of Employees involved in R&D . . . but little delivered - Don't retain clients (more former than current) - No trust of, or loyalty to employees

      The official location is near public transit.

      Cons

      More than once I was publicly berated by Sarj, the mom in this mom and pop organization. I came to learn this behavior is common of her and shrugged off by her husband who acts as CEO. They were delinquent in paying vendors, lied about the size of the company and how many clients they have.

We have been growing our team significantly over the past couple of years and working hard to make the environment challenging and fun for all staff. We understand that the environment will not work for everyone and try our best to let everyone know the expectations we have of them. If it is not a right fit, we encourage staff to find other opportunities.

      Micromanaging. Poor engineering culture

      - Great office location - Nice people

      Cons

      High engineering turnover. People eventually realize that the codebase is a mess. No conventions, no unit tests, no proper tools for productivity. Career growth is an illusion. Promotion is possible but your skills become stale and irrelevant to the industry. You can become a senior here but clearly a junior to another company, knowledge and skills-wise. Micromanaging.
