Good for work-life balance worst as a career option

Pros

- The company provides a good work-life balance - Lack of exciting and extensive work so a lot of employees end up working for 4-6 hours a day - Free breakfast, lunch, and evening snacks

Cons

- Lack of exciting projects, hence almost no growth in technical perspective - Corporate politics at its high, different teams spend their time with the blame game - The notice period changed from 30 days to 60 days without communicating with employees, and it was changed only for the IT team and not of others, sort of partiality - There are a couple of teams filled with ego and do not listen to suggestions, they try to show their upper hand in seniority and will force you to follow their way of coding even if it's wrong - The codebase is a mess, and seniors have no intention of fixing it, they will only try to prove their point on how they were right and will not accept their mistake - Laptops given to developers are pathetic, those laptops are barely capable of running 2-3 parallel applications smoothly - They do offer free food, but the lunch is too oily and the taste is the same for all sort of gravy

flexible timing that's the only pros I can mention

Cons

favouritism by upper management and seniors low salary as compared to workload low increment compared to work and position they provide worst infrastructure. Public toilets are better than company's toilets. seniors will take your decision for every task or event but never implements HR team keep changing policies every now and then without informing employees. Fake promises. While joining they Inform new joiner company will provide unlimited free food and snacks everyday and after joining they allow only 100rs/day reimbursement for it 😶

- nice work environment - good exposure to learning about gadgets -gaming console in office - food / outings / cexfest - good team members

Cons

-managers biased towards seniors - special preference to senior employees, sometimes its disrespectful for us - career path is a lil bit hazy - seniors have less work load compared to support staff - not all senior members are helpful. sometimes it feels insulting to approach them, still managers doesn't do anything
