Cons
What feels like constant restructuring has created a strange culture. People are loyal but seeing competent colleagues walked, and teams pulled apart only to put back together in the next restructure is having an impact on motivation.
Things are bad and no signs of getting better. High pressure environment and our team is not supported. We a have few single points of dependency staff members that makes staff leave stressful. This has been a known issue for many years. We have been operating rapidly with random questionable last minute requests. No accountability for other teams and managers poor performance. We have seen new roles and promotions across other teams but our team has not seen any growth. The team leader seems to have been checked out and hasn’t been making any effort towards the team success.
