      Product is unique and a great idea if people actually use it. Company is active in posting blogs.

      Cons

      Cold atmosphere, lack of transparency, low pay, CEO abruptly let go of people via an email on Sunday night and outsourced tasks overseas.

      Causecast has a great company mission and a very intelligent team! Recently there have been a lot of positive changes in product as well, giving Causecast an even brighter future.

      Employee retention rates are low, and the turnaround can lower morale and stunt product growth and maturation
