      Pros

      Well it’s a job but the company is so small and new owners since 2018 2019 are inept. Best of luck. Steer clear.

      Cons

      The company is smaller than 10 people and the owners are come across as inept and really green. They purchased a company and they know very little. Glad I left when I did.

      Poor decisions from owner lead to massive changes

      - Company culture - Team is amazing - Work/Life balance is the best I've ever had! - Good benefits

      Cons

      - Owner. He made a poor decision the end of 2016 that caused 2/3rd's of the team to leave (including former CEO and CFO/COO and head of design). He cared how the company was run at the time of that decision, and months after it was made - we were told that he no longer cares. Apparently it is now the CEO's company to run and manage. Pick a side and stick with it! Either care and get involved, or don't care and get out. - Struggling to make ends meet due to a poor decision made by the owner at the end of 2016

      Pros

      Passion of the staff in everything they do Fun, positive virtual environment Technically challenging projects that continually hone skills Innovative policies for enhancing employee experience Internal innovation program getting better and better, helping achieve balance New hub for physical presence is huge addition for staff & clients Great new HR supervisor and system encourages good will and more streamlined reviews

      Cons

      Too-fast growth in 2011, some bad apples hired, some burn out, hurt morale for a bit Still not diversified enough from large clients, though making great progress Young exec team. Well intentioned but treading new ground constantly. Makes the company innovative and agile but that's always balanced by changes and sometimes unclear policies.
