      Disappointing Experience with Poor Management

      None to mention. This was truly an awful experience working for this company.

      Cons

      The experience at Carertrax was highly disappointing. Onboarding was virtually non-existent, leaving me to navigate my role with little guidance. The job was more akin to Sales support rather than Customer Success, involving menial, task-based busy work.
