      There are no good reasons to work at this company.

      Cons

      - they were late on paying our salary for over 3 months - they were late on paying us comission by over 9 months - they let our health insurance plan lapse (without telling us!!) and therefore had tons of medical bills to pay - the CEO went to prison for securities fraud - we were promised a 401k upon hiring but never got one - there's no market fit for the product

      Flexible hours, Flex PTO, thats about that

      Cons

      CEO is very micromanagey and is in a lot of meetings. Lots of dishonest stuff going on including the felon of a CEO. At one point they did not pay us for 3 months and we were expected to continue as normal

      Flexible schedule, fully remote, unlimited time-off

      Cons

      Due to incompetence in management, company did not pay any employees for 2 months and allowed health and dental coverage to lapse. Company reorganized position out of existence with zero communication, warning, or notice. Communication from management was nearly nonexistent during entire tenure with the company. Sole retirement “benefit” is stock options which have no value and cannot be exercised as company is not publicly traded. For 3 years, there was talk of organizing an in-person get together which never materialized.
