      Great people, Bad management

      Pros

      Castles has a talented workforce of people. They hire many from other competitors. Good solid hardware product. Pay is decent.

      Cons

      There is no real HR in the NA division. Therefore, that leaves the CEO and EVP to do whatever they want. They do not follow the proper HR procedures. It is a very toxic work environment. Executive mgt. thinks it is acceptable to belittle and down talk their employees. The Executive Mgt. in NA is going to drive away all of their good employees.

      Pros

      Decent pay, decent staff, CEO is future thinking. Time off always suggested to clear head.

      Cons

      Diversity if you're Taiwanese or white. They will reposition those folks but black folks beware working there. Climate is dirty everyone is trying to undercut everyone.
