Carry1st is a toxic company which will bully you the first chance they get. You aren’t joining a fun gaming company but a company with the culture of an investment bank (all the top management are from investments banks). So expect to be available all the time, micro managed and bullied if you are not. Be ready to experience all the stuff that comes with working for an investment bank without the perk (a large salary). Run from this company. It felt toxic from the first day and in the interview, if you feel this way trust your gut and don’t ignore it like I did
