      Carlisle is a company with a great deal of potential, but is still working out some of the kinks.

      Pros

      The company is currently at the top of the industry and is very well known in the markets that it develops and owns properties in. Employees are given a fair amount of autonomy.

      Cons

      Project managers are considerably overworked and underpaid. Opportunities for advancement seem very limited. Expectations are not evenly applied, and are poorly communicated. The workplace culture is far too relaxed.

      - excessive deliverables that went far beyond a reasonable amount of time to complete outside regular work hours - refused to staff the required number of people to complete routine work load

      They are very entrepreneurial and give you leeway to use your ideas

      They have high turnover and do not value people as assets. They value the dollar only.
