      A shockingly bad company to work for.

      Staff paid by the hour, albeit via cheque!

      Cons

      The owner likes to macro manage every staff member and if he doesn't like the look of you, he will get rid of you on the spot. A badly run company, where the owner is a complete bully who thinks nothing of dropping misogynistic and racist comments, all staff members are beneath him in his eyes. A high turn over of staff - you will not succeed in this company unless you are a 'yes' person, or as ruthless and moral free as him.

      All tools for the job were there or brought in as soon as possible.

      Cons

      Had to fight for hours and manager played favorites or pitted one against the other. There was too much drama and unorganized for a smooth work day.

      You get paid by the hour and can work as many hours as you like, which can help if you want to earn more.

      Cons

      The company is owned by the worst person I have had the misfortune to meet. He is a bully treats staff like his servants and fires people on the spot if he simply doesn't like the look of you. Managers are told to treat staff and customers with contempt. He doesn't trust the bar stuff and regularly would accuse them of theft even with no proof. A toxic work environment at the highest level. Please note that this company owns about 20 venues or so in Shoreditch and they are all run equally as bad.
