      Pros

      Good place to meet and work with a lot of great people with interesting backgrounds. Some good perks.

      Cons

      Senior management is disappointing and cliquey, only cares about profit and not staff. Always trying to cut staff hours and benefits. Does not try to work on feedback or retain staff at all. Good values but doesn't actually follow them.
