      Pros

      The structure of the company despite being big is actually rather flat, and you are often in close contact with the very hands-on directors who founded the company. Your expertise is understood and encouraged to grow and be applied across disciplines. Your opinions are valued and listened. Employee council has been recently created, great working environment and very accommodating to ensure their employees can work around their life requirements.

      Cons

      Sometimes bringing new ideas to the table can be tricky if it clashes with some of the bigger personalities but its not really a true con because they do also listen.
