Pros
I can’t think of any pros. There are some great hourly employees working there but I’m not sure how long that will last.
Cons
Very unorganized and no actual training. Directions are changing all the time. No written directions at all for procedures etc. The owner that also processes orders makes a lot of mistakes that you have to fix. She tells you to process orders a certain way but she will not do as she preaches. I saw the customer service supervisor that was there for three years quit without even telling the owners (This was a huge red flag). I was hired as an ENTRY LEVEL!!! graphic designer and was expected to work as fast as co workers that have worked for printing shops for over 3 years! After the customer service supervisor quit as I mentioned above, the owners changed my duties from graphic designer to [designer + customer service + tasks that a manager was supposed to do + fixing problem files sent to production by the whole team]. I was setup to fail although I made sure that every order I processed was shipped out on time. 3-5 employees were fired during my 3 months there. I was fired without any warning or strikes for refunding $20 the wrong way to a customer and “not reading” emails! (I would mark important emails as unread in order to prioritize. There were never any instructions on how to leave my inbox every day). It is unprofessional to conduct a business like this and this is the definition of micromanagement. The annual company river rafting trip was cancelled because they were too far behind. Also they don’t bake a cake on you Birthday like they say they do lol. This “company” is a joke.
