I would like to mention few points about my current Capgemini's project - Bad Management (no one is ready listen your concern they always consider manager's are right) - Lead/Manager's not supportive (micromanaging/giving pressure all the time) - Lead/Manager don't know much technical things - assigning any tasks/work like a order ( no respect given to employee ) - Long hours shift (no breaks) 10-12 hrs in a day - if you ask for release from project they will took it personally and give you bad treatment - 24/6 Support project and you have to be available all the time (only one week off) - Lead/Manager's simply assigning their all his work to team member's and keep asking the status - No work life balance - If you are not feeling well Lead/Manager force you to login - no proper guidance from lead/Manager - HR is not supportive - Don't care of employee's health if you are going to die they don't care. they just want productivity. - i am struggling with some health issues because of this project
