Pros

Great benefits, room for growth, excellent wages, variety of shifts, bi-monthly bonus checks for perfect attendance, fitness room with personal trainers for $10 month, free bus passes for children/husband

Cons

Work-life balance, politics, working holidays, drivers treated like low class citizens, no employee morale, no break time for drivers at the end of the line, passengers are always right, no management backing of drivers vs. Public, split shifts up to 5 hrs between shifts, drivers are always targeted for discipline

Good on surface but with some very unethical individuals

Pros

There are some great people there who truly care about the organization mission and service to the public and are very good at their jobs.

Cons

Unfortunately there are some in middle management positions who are resistant to change, act unethically, and will take down others who try to do the right thing. While there is a code of conduct promising protection for reporting ethics violations, the reality is simply the opposite.
